Sitting next to me now is my birthday book:
It is a collection of color photographs I made on January 14th, 2014 -- my 37th birthday.
I'm getting nervous and excited about packaging them very soon, so they can be mailed on or near the 1st of March.
*
What excites me almost more are the rolls of film I haven't yet shot atop.
They're patiently waiting for me in a clear box.
Sometimes I open the lid, pick up a roll or a letter and then place it gently at the bottom of the collection.
Although I have shot over two of your mailed rolls so far (and love at least two images on each roll, which is a lot for me),
I'm all about delayed gratification. Therefore, I'm waiting until I mail packages to shoot atop more film.
But since I've otherwise been shooting and printing only black and white work (which I haven't shared online yet),
here is one of my thus-far-favorite overlapped images. Shared in the tactile world between me & you.
