Rose

took this amazing photo of us on the Bolivar Ferry:




The seagulls chased us. There was no horizon ahead, and there was less horizon behind.
It won't surprise you to read that I was in love with This Kind of Day.

The last time I saw Rose before this trip, she took this photo of me at the Arboretum:


These two photos have a lot in common.
They are oddly akin to how I see myself: little blocks of clarity amongst the well-lit fog.

Feel of the Words over Rules of Grammar any day, in my opinion! I always go with what feels right because I value it in expression far more. But thank you! And next time, how about a non-anonymous email?
